How is diversity managed in an international company and made part of the organisation's operating culture?

In our webinar "Building diversity in practice", we will briefly focus on defining diversity and open up the results of the Työelämän monimuotoiset kasvot -survey (Diverse faces of working life) conducted in the autumn.

Mara Zavagno, Konecranes' Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, will explain how diversity is managed in an international company. The presentation will focus on successful practices, areas for improvement, challenges and solutions. Finally, there is an opportunity to ask questions.

The aim of the webinar is to provide participants an understanding of the importance of diversity in the workplace and to provide practical tools for managing it.
